Instructions for downloading the forms listed below:
The "upload," "new folder" and "delete" buttons below are managerial tools for our committee as the website owner. If you click on them, you will be asked for a username and password. This prevents the general public from tampering with the forms or accidentally deleting them from the website.
To download the forms, click on a file name in the chart (just below where it says Name Date Size) - for example: PEPC cover.PDF. Clicking on the file name will open the document in your browser on your computer screen (as long as you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed in your computer). Once it has been opened, (or as some say, downloaded) you can do what you want with it - you can print the document, save the document to the hard drive of your computer, or delete the document from your computer.
