Committees
1. KGHP: Keith reported the radio station is doing well, receiving calls from all over the world. There will be Equipment needs in the next six months—everything is getting old. He said that amateur radio support is one thing that can continue in spite of disaster and chaos, and operators can be identified by zip code.
Re the $5000.00 still encumbered for equipment (see minutes September 2008) Since we need to actually Spend some funds to keep with the spirit of a non-profit organization Dave suggested that Keith find a target for us to commit at least #3000.00 of these funds. He will bring back an option for the September meeting.
2. Davina reported that St. Anthony’s table top exercise is finished. They will need volunteers October 21st for earthquake exercise. They have opened 16 beds.
